Jens Sparschuh ist ein deutscher Schriftsteller. Es wäre interessant für mich das Treffen zu besuchen. Seit langem hab' ich die echte deutsche Sprache nicht gehört. In der letzten Zeit hab' ich wider große Lust Deutsch zu lernen. Gestern hab' ich mit einer Französin gesprochen. Sie ist eine fremde Korrespondentin in Russland. Ihr Deutsch ist gut. Sie wohnte doch 4 Jahre in München.

Очень люблю читать мемуары поэтов Серебрянного века. Я уже прочитал и не один раз "Петербургские зимы" Георгия Иванова, "На берегах Невы" и "На берегах Сеты" Одоевцевой, читал воспоминания о Есенине Мариенгофа, Рюрика Ивнева читал, Анненского (этот не очень понравился).
"Курсив мой" Берберовой не читал, но знаю примерно о чем, давно уже ищу эту книжку (пока все дорогие варианты у букинистов попадаются, кстати, ни у кого ее нет?).
Какие ещё мемуары поэтов Серебрянного века, уважаемые друзья, вы мне посоветуете для прочтения? Что-нибудь в стиле Г.Иванова желательно. Чтобы легко и непринужденно все описывалось.

Now I drink draught beer every so often. This kind of beer is very popular in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. And recently I try to buy only that beer. I like lager and I like dark beer. But most of all I like so called Weißbier (german: "white beer"). Unfortunately a good german Weißbier gets a high price here in Moscow... das ist alles Scheiße!

I'm going to visit the Moscow English Conversation Club. Me and my friend Ivan are going there towards 19:00. The weather and mood are good and I hope I can get a lot of pleasure from the walk and a conversation in the club. I've completed the rpe-intermediate level in The Language Link but I'm afraid that I can't speak about many topics yet. But I'll try to get more practice in speaking in the club.

Today we have in Russia a religious holiday. In Russian it's called as Kreschenie, in English I think it's called as Epiphany. In the morning my mum visited our village church and we've got a holy water. I'm not so pious, but in these days I feel me somehow otherwise. There is something around. It's something especial. Today all orthodox Christian must take a bath anywhere - in a river or in a lake. If there aren't lakes, it must be done for example a bathroom). For me I've another way - now I'm going to get a sauna. It's very good rest for me. I like sauna, but at home we've a small house for it. Last time I'm eager to visit a big town bath-house or sauna. I've already realized this wish after visiting a fitness-center with a big sauna 3 weeks ago. But it was not so good as I hoped. Now I've got an idea to visit Sanduny. I think I'll get a big pleasure there.

In spite of the fact that we have the economic crisis in the world everyone particularly needs in cheap eating for every day. Here I'll try to tell about cheap and good cafes in the city where you can have a good breakfast, dinner and supper. I'll do it by the example of one my day.
Well, where can we do it - to have good breakfast... So, I can recommend the coffee house. Every morning (9:00-12:00) you have pancakes and coffee for 99 Rub (it's abt 3$). These pancakes are very tasty and you can choose filling - apple or strawberries jam. The pancakes serve up with mint leaf and cinnamon.
Dinner (12:00 - 15:00). There are on a menu the east buffet many thai and chinese dishes. You can go to the buffet table for eating. The price is 229 Rub ($7) but only in this time. From 15:00 it's more expensive. I like chicken with nuts and pork with pineapple. The salad Caesar a la chinese is very tasty as well.
For the supper you schould go to Vokzal (railway station in English), MU-MU or Grably ("rake" in English). You'll have not bad food for 250-350 Rub (8-10$) here.

Another book that I boght is called "In search of England. In search of Wales". Author (his name is Henry V. Morton) writes about the english province. In my opinion he writes in the Peter Mayle's style and his book is essentially a witty travel writing.
Now I'm trying to read books about Great Britain and the USA. So I hope to generate interest in English. I've never been there and it's hard to do only by way of reading. I can say that I make great strides and soon English will be the best of all my hobbys.
I've learned this language since 13 october 2008. And from day to day my English gets better. I take pleasure in learning.
I've a problem. I can understand a slow speech on the radio (for example the news reader's speech) but I don't understand many songs. It kills me(( Why? There are very simple words! I think they drawl words. There is a sound of music too...
Can you recommend me any book about the good old England or about the USA in the 40-50s?

Ich hab' heute ein Buch gekauft. Noch ein Buch von Peter Mayle. Das ist mein Lieblingsautor für heute. Und ich freue mich auf jedes Buch von him, das auf Russisch erschienen wird. Also, das Buch heisst "French lessons" und auf Russisch klingt es wie "Puteshestvie s vilkoi i shtoporom" "Eine Reise mit der Gabel und dem Pfropfenzieher". Mayle erzählt von der französischen Kochkunst durch die Kultur dieses Landes.
Sasha es wäre interessant für dich...meines Erachtens...

I think, that the faq-cafe is the worst place in Moscow. Never I had good drinks there. Today it was so too - I had grog without rum. It's trickery. I know people who say that this place has a friendly&informal atmosphere. It's really so, but the service is very bad there.
I have the level pre-intermediate now. I had a test for my english in the Language Link (it's a school for studying foreign languages). Now I learn English there. It is every Tuesday and every Thursday from next week.

Yesterday I was at the moscow chinese restaurant "Druzhba" and it was a good dinner. I eat a chinese food very seldom and sometimes (if it is a good place) I like it. Now I have a fresh idea to taste the different cuisines of the world. And firstly I can begin at the beginning. I want to begin with uzbek cuisine (because I was born in Uzbekistan and it is something nostalgic for me), then I would like continue with ukrainian cuisine (I like great writer Gogol and his storys about Ukraine). Next I 'd like taste armenian and georgian cuisines. If I want to eat american food I go in "Friday's" - it is quite good american restaurant in Moscow.
P.S. I'm drinking czech beer now... und wenn ich Fehler gehabt hab' das ist nur darum!

Oh! At long last I'm having weekend and with pleasure I will do a few things.
First I will sleep almost all day long. Then I'm going to do one's shopping. I will buy one pullover and more than one shirts. Yesterday in a rash moment I saw that Top Shop and Benetton gave a small reduction. I need new jeans and an jacket as well but I'll buy it at a later date.
Then I'm going to visit a photo exhibition which make the Moscow house of a photography. Especially I want to see the Martin Munkacsi's exhibition.
So, I wish me a good day!

Now I am translating the Frank Sinatra's christmas songs. And I have already translated 3 songs. This morning I am going to listen to them in my mp3-player and so learn the english words. These songs remind me Christmas and New Year. I like these holidays very much and every year on the threshold of this time I try to create inside myself a specific mood - the New Year's mood. Usually I watched soviet New Year's mooves. It was more than enough for me. But the time goes and now it is not enough. And american christmas songs are a new way for me to create this mood.
Now I want to ask you about the cristmas songs. Who from american and english singers sung such songs yet? Maybe it was Presley? Or maybe Beatles had such songs?..

A long time I wrote nothihg in my lj. I didn't have time for it because I had not only very hard workdays but also I had too some entertainments.
First it was Madagascar-2 in the cinema "5 stars". At Saturday night the ticket costs 400 rub. In my opinion it's very big price for such an uninteresting cartoon film.
Secondly I have watched this new film about James Bond in one cinema in the shopping centre European. The film was great. He didn't disappoint me. And I like Daniel Kreig in this role.
It was yesterday evening. In this shopping centre I saw my English teacher. Tanya, I didn't come up to you because I was in a hurry, sorry.
Later I went to a bookshop and bought there a very interesting book, which I didn't expect to see on sale so early. It was one of the novel from the author of the book "A Year in Provence" - Peter Mayle. Earlier I wrote about this writer. One our Russian publishing house published this Peter Mayle's book, which he wrote in 1993. The book is called "Hotel Pastis" and I'm reading it now and geting pleasure from this novel.

I study English already one week. Of course I studied this language at school and in university, but it was really without great pleasure for me. And I even hated it. Lost time is never found again, but I can improve my English. I know, when I want to learn a language, I must have this language as my hobby, then study goes gaily and quickly. I know several methods how to improve my English. It's movies for examples. Today I bought the film "The sixth sense" with Bruce Willis. I even told, that I like this actor. But I had another reason. I bought this film by reason of english subtitles. The price is 180 Rub. I usually buy piratical DVD. Their price is low, but they usually have no subtitles.

Вчера купил в магазине Республика, что на 1-й Тверской-Ямской, эту книгу. Сегодня я практически дочитал все 295 страниц до конца. О-о-о, это отличный образчик прозы. Автор настоящий эпикуреец, умеющий находить радости в повседневном окружении. Черпать море свежих впечатлений в гастрономии, красивых видах, спокойном и размеренном времяпровождении. Короче, хотел бы я так жить, перевалив за середину жизни.
Стиль повествования чем-то напоминает Джеймса Хэрриота с его зарисовками из жизни английской провинции и повседневного быта врача-ветеринара, только у Мейла история его с женой отношений с соседями на фоне вялотекущего благоустройства приобретенного дома.
Книжка стоит (ни много ни мало) 350 рублей.
"Питер Мейл и его жена купили фермерский дом недалеко от городка Менерб в провансальском Любероне, "закончили курсы французского, распрощались с друзьями и знакомыми, переправили через Ла-Манш собак и сделались иностранцами". Побывал в минувший четверг на дегустации австрийских вин, которая проводилась в гостинице Балчуг на 3-м этаже. Очень хорошо все было. Попробовал впервые сладкие австрийские вина, до этого из сладких пил только портвейны и десертные - они все крепленые, эти же - нет. Также понравились игристые и so genannte Eiswein (изготовляется это вино из винограда собранного в первые зимние месяцы, из ягод, чуть тронутых морозом). Также из подвяленного винограда оЧЧень понравилось вино, не знаю, как этот вид пишется по-немецки.
Из книжек - читаю Акунина. Из музыки - слушаю новый (двойной) альбом ЛагутенкИ.
Мне нужна недорогая осенняя обувь. Я зашел сегодня в пару магазинов, но ничего не нашел.
Купил пилотный (сентябрь-октябрьский) выпуск журнала Что читать. Главный редактор - Дмитрий Быков. Журнал мне не сильно понравился. Глянцевая копия газеты "Книжное обозрение", на мой взгляд. Но покупать его я буду.
